Love holidays taken extra money not on original booking?

Anyone experience this? We booked and have the first booking confirmation giving the total of the holiday and the days they were taking each amount of money. All good and last payment went out as agreed 6th August however they have gone in this morning and taken a further 350 from DP's bank account and he is working away today and they wont talk to me about it because i didnt book it so just wondering have they done this to anyone else?

Off the top of my head might it be a deposit for car hire or, if you're self catering, against damage to the fixtures etc of your apartment?

No we are not hiring a car it is an all inclusive holiday. They gave us the total when we booked it and have overcharged now by the 350 that got taken today. Nothing has been added etc.

Ah he got on to them. They have no idea why they took it but they have refunded it now. Weird thing.
