Submitted mortgage application today and am freaking out! It is a very complex case and mortgage advisor has been a superstar, she keeps saying "don't worry you'll be in your new home with the kids planning Christmas in no time" so seems confident.

It's just my situation is so damn complex:

Recent split from dependant partner
Single income
On maternity leave / due to return full time on same pay
2 child dependents - care with grandparents
Adverse credit in form of missed payments
Universal credit + child benefit taken into account
Shared ownership application

Mortgage lender pepper money,

Mortgage advisor views welcome!

How did you get on has it been accepted? If the advisor knows all your circumstances it's her job to recommend one that fits! Scary but I am sure it will all be fine
