Alcoholics are advised not to drink substitutes low alcohol or zero alcohol.
Yawn is giving poor/dangerous advice to people who have got serious problems.
Alcoholism is very complex and it’s not just a case of substitution. Alcoholics will go to great lengths to hide their addiction or source alcohol to get their hit. A bottle of 0.5% contains about a 1/3rd of a unit of alcohol. Not much but it is still alcohol and the chemical that the drinker is addicted to.
Claiming it is ok for a recovering alcoholic to drink low alcohol drinks it really not clever. She has no idea what sort of addiction some of the commenters have, I which she would just stop.

Yawn really needs to stop with the whole l was a alcoholic, no l wasn't, yes l was..booze made me fat, no it didn't... I'm teetotal but drink low alcohol wine. Honest would mean admitting being on one of the weight loss drugs. There’s no money to be made in that.

Castle never gives her parents credit for their funding. they bought a house for her to live in while she was a police officer, they funded her rapid rise in FL. They operate as free skivvies on her Air bnb while she swans around talking about streams of income and have gone from a lovely house to a mobile home while their daughter pursues her dreams.
