BOTWATCH 78 - the latest in a long series of threads where we keep an eagle eye on the lies and deceptions practised by MLMs. Unbelievably people are still being hooked in by these schemes where 97% of those who join LOSE MONEY and the top bots are struggling to pretend they are taking it in

Quick screen shot of that for comparison with Yawn’s previous posts about her BP. She says it’s hereditary but even so, there will be a contradictory statement elsewhere.

She is obviously keen to engage problem drinkers going by her hashtags and has already picked up some comments from people who have pretty substantial current problems with alcohol. For these people stopping alcohol abruptly could be very dangerous indeed. She needs to be very careful not to cross over the line into advice or implied advice/instruction about cleanses etc.

I notice she isn’t willing to answer the direct questions about how much she actually used to drink and what her actual test results were. She wants their engagement but she wants to be “aspirational” so she can’t really comment on any realities. I also think this is because what she had at the GP was a fairly standard warning about her health and an offer of some kind of “support” to lose weight; it wasn’t a crisis or an intervention and I think one or two people have spotted that and are asking for specifics.

She’s also managed to offend a couple of people and one person has posted “she loves herself this one”.

It’s odd that she is happy to own her alcohol problem but not the obesity. She wasn’t bloated she was fat. She did answer the question re her liver function test and apparently they were normal and there was no damage to her liver. Her GP just told her she was obese and encouraged her to lose weight using the liver function and diabetes as a warning.
If she was already taking BP drugs she would be having 12 monthly checks and her gradual increase in weight would have been evident.
It’s very young to be on BP drugs.
I think having seen the photo of her sat in the shower scoffing McD’s fries suggests her weight problem has a deep psychological cause. Also her “treating herself” with food is a big red flag with eating disorders where food is used as a reward.
I don’t think she has addressed her eating habits at all. Substitution is never successful with addiction.
And as you said encouraging alcoholics to go cold Turkey is very dangerous.

Angrymum22 · 15/09/2023 16:23

If only Yawn kept track of what she posts.

My take on this is that if you are overweight and have tried quick fixes like C9s for years with no success you might learn about another quick fix - ozempic - and go to your GP to ask for a prescription (or if you don’t qualify to get it on the NHS a health check so you can get the injections privately)

Then spin spin spin and create a narrative that suits your goals - sell the quick fix that never worked for you (and protein shakes and supplements) and recruit to your team

Does Nurse honestly class what she is doing right now as having a business?
She's spunked a fortune on a coaching course, has set up a tiny FB group and allegedly had a couple of clients.
How long can she realistically spin this out for...

DeliaDeetz · 15/09/2023 19:36

Anyone else seen the videos from Forever UK HQ?
Forced dancing in a tent whilst smashing plates is not only my idea of hell but doesn't exactly scream successful, professional business owners! Seriously cringing for them all!

Wintersgirl · 15/09/2023 19:37

Ha ha I'm dying😂I think Yawn has discovered that Tik Tok isn't full of gullible fools who suck up to her like they do on FB...

YouOKHun · 15/09/2023 19:40

That’s on the money I think @Spongebobette. She’s selling the C9 as the catalyst to a load of lifestyle changes but really she could remove the FLP products and have had the same result doing the other things she’s done this time. She knows the C9 and the other thing they sell doesn’t work because she’s tried it enough times without any result.

She’s now on FB asking her followers for alcohol treatment facilities/group that they could recommend so she can pass them on to her followers on TikTok who need help with alcohol. I wonder if she’s been reading this thread again and realised she is well out of her depth? Her followers are recommending AA which I’m quite sure every one knows about or alcohol services in the Yawnsville area which is of no use or ornament to most people.

If she is planning to say that she is not qualified to advise about problems with alcohol she might want to also mention that she is not suitably qualified to advise people about diet, the psychology around eating and exercise. When someone I know asked her about weight loss advice last summer, disclosing problems with food (obvious red flag for an eating disorder), she went right ahead and said she was sure she could help as she was “doing a course”. Retaining a follower in the hope of recruiting them is all that matters.

She might like to disclose that her agenda is to hook people into a financial disaster and earn off their misery.

On her Friday check in Live (which none of us can start the weekend without), Nurse reports that she had a bad day yesterday, she’s not sure why. I know why. We all know why. She says she has reset her mindset and today is super positive but I definitely detect something less than positive in her demeanour. I reckon it’s dawning on her that her coaching isn’t going to work either but she is NOT ALLOWED to be negative. I think she can’t cope with any kind of pressure and I wonder if the workbook has sent her into a meltdown. She says she isn’t going to commit to a delivery date but it will appear in the next two weeks. It’s a free workbook but not to her if it’s going to take that long to produce - I hope she is pricing up her time.

Regarding her bad Thursday, I was so tempted to say, ‘aw Hun, you’ve got to really want a good Thursday to get one. You should have just switched on the positivity’. She’s putting herself under pressure to appear positive at all times or over any negative very quickly. This reminds me of watching her previous declines.

As always, the bit I notice about the Insta stories of the event is the fact that Yawn doesn't really feature in any of the social posts and photos (besties/meals/hotels/drinks etc).

I've seen her in the background of one bots clips of the plate smashing and dancing (Yawn was filming it on her phone, not really joining in).

She really doesn't seem to have friends within FL does she? Just a continually changing merry go round of downlines.

Nurse can’t stick to anything or deliver. End of.

if she couldn’t buckle down and finish off this workbook (content copied and pasted from her coaching course) in an afternoon she’s absolutely pathetic

I wonder if the money is running out from her payoff/ redundancy or whatever she got from the NHS and she’s realising she can’t replace it

mind you she’s getting her nails done and going out for lunch.. perhaps that’s part of the law of attraction mindset; act as though you are successful and can afford to treat yourself and take time off during the working day and you WILL be successful

OP posts:
Spongebobette · 15/09/2023 20:53

…. And she claimed to have received ‘an amazing voice note’ today from a client she recently coached.

hmmm

the only coaching she’s done is for free, to someone on the same coaching course

It's telling that people are baiting back at yawn on her tiktok and calling her bs out!! Seeing someone who knows her later so I'll see if l can get more juicy nuggets!!!

Angrymum22 · 16/09/2023 10:54

Words fail me. A group of grown adults smashing plates and jumping up and down on them? It just shows how far down the cult rabbit hole they are. In the old days they relied on the large gatherings in huge venues to whip up the frenzy. Twenty eight people in a tent in Warwickshire is quite sad in comparison to the glittery hay days.
Surely they can see that the bubble has burst.

DeliaDeetz · 16/09/2023 11:16

I can see why people would be pulled in during the glory years when there were thousands of them in a massive venue but that small group in a tent just looks like a sad team building event that people are forced to go on by their work!

DeliaDeetz · 16/09/2023 11:34

@Spongebobette I think Nurse is definitely using the old MLM mantra "fake it till you make it"!
Although just like her foray into Forever, I'm not sure she is ever going to make it as a coach.

I despair at her social media, despite all the Scamversity training she has no idea what she’s doing - completely inconsistent (promises to be on TikTok regularly then forgets and then ooops here I am again sorry folks)
Her Insta (which she renamed with coaching at the end so presumably is intended to be about her business) is a jarring mix of memes, coaching posts with special offers, talk about how she has slept or not slept, and her nails (and her poor son who today was sitting quietly reading in his bedroom which should be a safe private space but she took a photo and posted it 🙄)

So the social media strategy module taught by Bruv can’t be very good 🙄

I would imagine she sees the likes of Castle sharing all about her kids lives and getting interaction from others so has sadly decided it's the way to go.

Will have no sympathy for Nurse when this whole coaching thing comes crashing to a halt but it will definitely be a shame for her kid. Who knows how much more money she will waste before reality hits.

SnoogyWoo · 16/09/2023 18:54

Nurse has zero chance of making this work. Just to earn 26k she will need 9 clients a week paying £60 a session consistently over 48 weeks. To achieve this will take a lot of networking and being seen in the right places. She does next to nothing 🤷‍♂️
My business has taken 6 years to get 600 clients (unrelated industry to Nurse) with me and my business partners working tirelessly networking. How many of those came from social media and our website…about 5.
She needs to be out and about meeting people at events everyday, it’s just tragic to see and she just becomes another statistic of a failed business.

YouOKHun · 16/09/2023 20:08

@DeliaDeetz I should think there are quite a few ‘Nurse’ types who have looked at the bank-rolled content of Castle and tried to create a business following what she says. Nurse is completely deluded or at least she has been. I think she is definitely worried now. She thought the flood gates would open when the new term started but that’s clearly not happened.

She’s been a nurse her whole working life, a very admirable job but not a place to learn how to run a business or be commercially minded. When she eventually accepts the coaching isn’t going to work where does she go next? The longer she messes about the more unemployable she becomes. MLM (and related scams) is slowly shutting down her life. It’s difficult to feel sorry for her but she is a good example of what the cult of MLM does to vulnerable people.

Spongebobette · 17/09/2023 07:42

Yes all the ‘believe and it will happen’ bollocks and the accompanying ‘if you don’t succeed it’s your fault’

she will struggle because she’s so convinced the law of attraction and manifestation works - how will she rationalise failure?

meatbaseddessert · 17/09/2023 08:51

I do feel sad for NNN though. It's clear real friends are few. A baked potato pub lunch with a friend got huge airtime.

Wintersgirl · 17/09/2023 10:38

You see I don't feel sorry for Nurse, she's been warned about these scams for years now, the minute anyone tries to help her they get blocked so she's her own worst enemy.
She needs to get a grip with reality and get a job, she's got a young child she needs to provide for and his needs will increase as he gets older, this manifesting bollocks is a total waste of time, if it worked then we'd all be millionares right?
Nurse will lunge from one scheme to another in the hope it will pay her thousands of pounds a month because the crux of it is she's lazy and doesn't want to work but she wants huge amounts of money coming in every month, what will it take for her to realise it's not going to happen?
