Weird Willy's insta appears to have vanished. I presume his pivot to target Kind Men received f-all response and he's had to up his delivery shifts to cover the wasted cost of the app!

It's just struck me that yawn is really just a glorified Avon lady, making deliveries to people, crushing the environment that little more whilst driving around in that choking hazard of a range whilst flashing rather questionable fashion in garish yellow handbags and rather grubby looking sandals. No fear, the pretend gucci sunglasses she got from primark will show the utter wealth oozing from her!!

I can’t see any FB posts since 5th August. He did post on insta 6 days ago but that is a long time in social media land. He has zero likes or engagement but plenty of bot watchers have viewed. He seems to have dropped the kind man stuff, revisited the “being too agreeable” angle and is now back to using his I-spy book of narcissist spotting (a narcissist is anyone who hasn’t treated him as he deserves). That credit card bill for his app must be playing on his mind.

I can’t watch NNN past “Hello guys…”. It’s her teeth, as a dentist the first thing I notice is her congenitally missing teeth and my mind immediately wanders to how easy it would be to make them look 100% better with some composite veneers. All content is lost on me.
It’s a real middle aged influencer thing to talk while applying makeup. However, NNN seems to have already done her full face before starting. All she does is tinker with it suggesting that she is incapable of talking and doing her makeup at the same time.

I come from a family of dentists so I notice teeth too, though obviously not from an expert position, and I also find her teeth distracting @Angrymum22. She should have spent that £5k mindset training money on a cosmetic dentist and some proper career guidance.

She has entered a very superficial world and her “attraction marketing” will be all about having the right kit and looking a certain way. Ultimately it won’t matter if she’s a good coach or not, it will only matter how well she airbrushes her life.

especially if she’s doing her coaching online - she needs a really good set up with a ring light, a well styled background (which is part of her branding) and a glossy appearance (including personal grooming)

if she intends to sit at her makeup table with the bed in the background and her hair in a scruffy bun, why would anyone take her seriously?

incidentally someone close to me is a coach (a real one and very successful ) and works for an American bank, mostly online appointments even before Covid..,several years ago she had her teeth all veneered or something - so she looks very good on screen (Partly because Americans are aghast at people with less than perfect teeth of course and it would distract them !!)

Just to reassure people there is nothing wrong with missing teeth but i just find it distracting.
I think if you are going to sit doing sad monologues in your bedroom ( reminiscent of Alan Bennett’s Talking Heads (Patricia Routledge springs to mind) you need to make the set considerably more professional.

Well it’s happening as we all predicted. Yawns has fallen off the wagon. Sadly she thinks that if you eat a naughty burger you just have to sit on an exercise bike for a few miles and it burns off the calories. It’s much more complicated than that ( one of the TV docs explained it recently basically to offset extra calories one day you need to go into deficit the next day, increasing activity does not have the same effect). She has slipped a few times recently which suggests that she really hasn’t changed her approach to eating and is still using it as a reward.
Rather than seeing a burger as a treat she needs to see it as normal food that is ok to eat but maybe without the fries or only eat half of it. If she is doing fasting you can pretty much eat anything. If you’re doing it correctly you will feel full after half the burger and will leave the chips.

In the latest instalment of "Carry on Castle's Campervan" she's discovered not many places can fix a 5 tonne campervan, the place she has found can't look at it until Monday and then might be able to fixit by Thursday. She's had to hire a car and probably needs to book into a hotel, the only one she can find which she deems suitable for the Turrets is around 2 hours away and £££.

She looked like she'd been crying at the start of the FB update. She's not bragging how that "twin-axle" cost "50k" now.

Very true @Angrymum22 - you can’t out-exercise a poor diet. I’m not saying burgers are evil: it’s all about having a healthy relationship with food.

It's interesting that Yawn says she feels no guilt after thinking she has worked off her burger and chips. I'm guessing whatever she has done to lose the weight hasn't changed her ideas of good/bad foods etc.

Well when you're sucking on diet pills like it's a mento mint you can l suppose eat anything??

I’m currently losing weight on Rybelsus (the tablet form of Ozempic) and have always had an awful relationship with food. I’ve lost and gained the same 4 stone over and over again. Rybelsus feels like magic as I just don’t care about food, it’s broken the spell it had over me. I’m very conscious though that it’s a temporary fix and that unless I stay on a maintenance dose forever then I need to do something differently.

The supply shortage is likely to be causing Yawn issues. It has never been cheap to buy it on a private prescription, but lately if you can find it in stock then you can expect to pay £250-300 for a 30 day supply. Clear profiteering going on, but people are desperate and will pay it if they can afford to. I am not sure whether Yawn can afford to.

I often wonder how she got on as a Nurse, surely she would have had to put in some hard work when she was on shift?

I think Nurse was probably one of those very pedestrian “do just enough” types. Probably constantly calling in sick on random days until one day she called in sick and stayed that way for over a year, kept her head down and waited until they’d really had enough of her and invited her to jump before she was pushed.
