Why does yawn make her face shape look so distorted? It is so bizarre.

Just went into Insta on my lunch break to be greeted by Yawn gurning at me holding a collagen sachet. She's done really well loosing weight (however she's done it) but is starting to get a lollipop head if she's not careful!

It's made me a bit ragey. And lo and behold her target audience is directionless women with low self esteem. Physician, heal thyself...

I have beaucoup de questions! Is Nurse getting “niche” mixed up with cliché. Does she pronoun niche as neeshay or does she pronoun cliché as cleesh? Isn’t finding your niche when French actually finding your créneau anyway? Does it matter given that whatever she says or types it’s complete bollocks anyway? I’d put money on her being in the “Walla” camp (voilà).

She certainly has found her ńîčhë and it’s very niche indeed - a coaching business operating in closed groups for one or two people who show an interest but don’t actually get their wallets out. It’s so niche that no one else successful is doing it.

How does the song go? “you call it niché, I call it a rabbit hole, you’d better call the whole thing off”. Something like that.

NNNs business has moved from psychotherapy, to manifestation coaching and now to life coaching women 'to be successful' all the space of a couple of months. With a brief cul -de-sac adjunct to nail art/Mrs Hinch type influencer in there somewhere

She offers this ever changing service to a raggle taggle bunch of unengaged parties on a closed Facebook page that seem to consist of a load of people from scamversity, other random bots from a range of mlms, her family and friends that haven't lost the will to live over the FLP period, bot watchers and some random others she's collected along the way (one is a sheep shearer from NZ?!)

I think I worked out for her to get an income of £20k gross a year she would need around 30 1 hour paid client sessions a month which is 15 clients meeting with her fortnightly.

Someone on here said that for an established therapist with referrals that would be a stretch ....

The current coaching version of the bizniss does have shades of weird Willy about it.

Shame as the first incarnation had potential and made use of her actual training. This seems to be a result of her being funnelled into a particular approach from her course and I wonder again if it's just another under the radar more expensive MLM that will demand more money from her as time goes on and shes not getting any business; you need more coaching! You need this course now! Pay for support from one of our coaches!!

I'm not sure who would pay for a success coach who has err... had no discernible successes! When I've paid for coaches they have had long and successful careers in business themselves and have a long history of learning and CPD or they are phds with masses of business coaching experience.

It’s a great shame because she could genuinely have found a niche - the NHS doesn’t have the capacity to treat everyone who needs talking therapy and using her training and experience she could have a nice little business

but that would have required insurance, supervision etc which seemed a bit too much effort so she took the silly nonsensical woo route AND is paying some scammy coach through the nose for a ‘course’ which makes her feel she’s ‘working on her business’

Ok so is it now a business account or an account where she talks about taking her son swimming? And where she talks about feeling nervous about being coached by an amazing coach (hardly selling her own talents there)?

I'm new to this group but got sucked in and am now fascinated. Why does nurse do these long rambles every morning whilst she's getting ready, what's it for? What's she hoping to achieve? Why does she think people need a run down of her daily plans?

Yawns post that she's just received a new team member, and to contact them, don't they have to recruit their own? Also she's received $109 is that her main income? How's she claiming its both their jobs? The one I know irl never posts anything about her actual income just, my amazing team, sat in the car pics and clips and the amazing opportunities. It's such a strange parallel universe.

@meatbaseddessert I think that might have been me. I can’t quite remember what I said now. A lot of therapists in private practice would struggle to get a consistent living from self-referrals alone even with visibility on the better listings, their professional register and with a decent website. Nurse is relying on “self referrals” without wide visibility, or any visibility at all! A lot of accredited CBT therapists in private practice receive referrals from BUPA etc as well and work remotely for IAPT (NHS) and this provides consistent guaranteed work alongside private self-referrals. She has no other options but hoping people come to her.

I think @Spongebobette is right, she got scared off the therapy route as issues of insurance, supervision, GDPR etc were raised and that put her off in her quest to find the easiest option, whereas the mindset coaching world only requires her to dream big and hand over money. How much more attractive that must have been.

I’m glad she isn’t practicing as a CBT therapist because she was pretty clueless from what I could see and it’s a bit scary that she was running group therapy sessions in the NHS with no qualifications and little grasp of CBT or REBT (if indeed she was doing that, as she claimed).

However, what is a shame is that with her MHN qualification as a core profession she could have trained properly as a Psychological Well-being Practitioner and then a CBT therapist through the NHS at a university that happens to be close to her. The training for both would have been completed in the time she’s been messing around with MLM & coaching. Not only could she have earned a very respectable salary full or part time in the NHS, she could by now have started to work from home as a CBT therapist, choosing her hours and being paid £45-60 for each clinical contact. She would have easily had a steady stream providing her with 10 hours a week (or much more if she wanted it). BUT it would have required her not to have been taking the piss by being off sick for over a year and it would have meant a day at university a week and the other 4 days working under close supervision at the start, but she would have received a salary while training. By now she could have “time freedom” and she could be properly trained without having to pay thousands for it. She would have been in a much better more informed position to work privately too.

I see NNN is giving herself the day off again! The school holidays are obviously giving her an excuse as to why she isn't constantly working but what's gonna happen when the kids go back?
Also noticed that everything is "amazing" now, seems to have replaced "literally" as her favourite word!
