As a homeowner, how can i access money to help my kids

To buy their own places?
We own this house outright.
My kids need money for a deposit.
How can we help them?

Even if you don't find that you are able to help OP, the very fact that you care so much to try and help will mean a lot to them. My in laws are absolutely loaded but have no intention of ever lending us a £1 let alone ever helping us in any way, shape or form.
