Strange one so I had my assesment for pip last wed and Thursday dwp recieved the report. I called today to request a copy of the report and the automated said my next pip payment is February 5th for £107 .1p , I'm confused because it said February? Can it be wrong ? Has it ever been wrong for anyone else ?

Hi bit confused wrote to pip for the application form so they sent me a form sent it back wasn’t very thick do I get another form later or was that it thank you for your help

PIP is from the date you apply I believe

Was not sure if you send letter request a pip form then send basic one you send it off they then send your u a thicker form to fill I.

Was it the PIP2 form? It's 50 pages long.

Sorry so there’s only a ne form you need fill in then cause people I spoke to say it’s thick form takes ages to do so hopefully that form was it

No asked basic questions date birth that kind things if been I. Hospital or care home what can do for myself bank details

That's the form. You give as much detail as you can, and send as much evidence as you have.

So I have another form coming then am I right or have they simplified it

I was not sure how many forms you get been searching it does not help so sent letter in for a pip form they sent me form back not very thick sent some evidence with it

My apologies for no t understanding cause the form I got was no t 50pages long but cause I get anxious on the form that’s why I wrote them letter first for the form

There should have been 14 questions on the form. 10 are about your daily living, 2 are about mobility.

Look here Did the questions look like this? If they did, you've filled in the only form.
