I bought a cheap perfume for £15 ( no famous name) in a drugstore, away on my holidays a few months ago, it smells absolutely divine and amazing, can’t get enough of it, so were on lookout to get another bottle, unfortunately this is not sold here, only in the Central Europe, I think it’s made in Poland..
Anyway manage to track down one here through some beauty items company to get it shipped from Poland.
Arrived yesterday,I was too excited opened it to only find out it smells absolutely disgusting, like a pure alcohol.
The colour inside is dark brown, however it should be a clear liquid.
Contacted the beauty company to help me, sent them emails with pics , the bloke on the phone said that he could see the colour is completely different and agreed as damaged in transit but he passed me to customer complaints dept and they said as because I opened it, they can’t do anything at all.
I said, yes I opened it as it was mine to use it and found out it’s not right, they just said it’s not their problem and I should contact the manufacturer.
Now I won’t do that as I don’t know who that actually is.
I paid by PayPal, thinking to open a case as the selling company is not helping?
