Looking for advice, unsure if this is the right board, but here goes!
I work on a zero hour contract and plan to get pregnant in the next few months ( obviously these things are unpredictable). I wondered could my husband take the majority of my Mat leave/parental leave given he will be paid and I’ll only be entitled to SMA?
