Does anyone use Updraft?

Is it any use in helping me pay off credit cards if I don't take out borrowing and is it safe?

Can anyone tell me more?

It is noticeable that even though it is a small overall percentage (5% or 1 in 20 reviews), all report very similar issues with receiving funds after acceptance, interest being charged before receiving the loan, missing direct debit payments, technical glitches with payments leading to arrears, long and complicated processes in sorting out any queries.
