Yesterday I opened a case against a seller on Etsy for non delivery of goods. The case was closed almost immediately in my favour with Etsy stating that a refund should appear in 2-5 days but maybe longer. Does anyone have experience of when I should actually see the refund? It was for a few hundred pounds so I'm quite anxious about it. It was by credit card and I thought I might see the transaction in pending but there's nothing.
