My daughter had a flight cancelled the night before she was due to fly. She contacted them and asked for the money to be refunded as they did not have another flight to transfer to. They said it should take 3-4 days. This was back in May.
She has been constantly calling them every week and it's the same response "It's being processed and you will receive a refund within 3-4 days", nothing happens.
The online system is rubbish and you just get an automated reply. We can't find any other emails or contact numbers for them. Any posts put on Facebook get deleted.
Has anyone any advice on where to go from here? We are considering a claim through the CAA but that takes weeks. Thank you
