How to use virtual prepaid Mastercard?

I received a £50 virtual prepaid mastercard following a promotion from Hisense when I bought a tv from them.

I have tried to use the card online and it keeps getting declined. I have activated it. The problem seems to be there is no name or billing address on the card or on any of the emails that came with the card. I have tried contacting Hisense on Twitter but have had no response.

Has anyone got any ideas how I can use this please?

Hi, I have had exactly the same issue. I bought a washing machine. Eventually after months of hassling them, I received my £100 pre paid Mastercard. I have activated it but cannot use it, it keeps getting declined! They just don’t respond

Try paying for something at a checkout where you can swipe (on the side of the card reader). No pin, no tapping. Had one of these that became a mini nightmare and that used it up. Be prepared though to use cash in case it doesn’t work, so do it for say £10-20 of purchases.

It’s a virtual one, so I can’t do that . I have to use it online

They sent me the following link when I complained which allows you to register for 3D secure which allows you to use the card. I got my Tesco online shop successfully with mine!
