UC Statement not ready

Hi,my UC payment is every 23rd and I am supposed to get a statement on the 19th of each month.For as long as i can remember though,my statement has been available from the 17th.I checked this morning and even though I had to accept my commitments and read about sanctions in my journal,my statement wasn't showing.I am mega stressed with money at the minute and am worrying now that something is up with my payment.Do any of you have a similar experience with statement not available? Thanks for reading.

Hi op , are you employed / self employed or not working ? Is there anything outstanding to do on your account?

Mine is usually two days early too, but not on a weekend.

could there be anything blocking the payment? e.g a change or something needing verified?

Thanks for the replies,statement came through just after 10,think I was just stressing as usually it is there when I check first thing on the 17th😃

@Dintymcdinter when this happened did a work coach have to do something or did it just appear as today mine hasn’t been generated there’s nothing in my todo list or anything same notification about sanctions and benefits affecting your payments that i get every month but just no statement, really stressed out
