Tesco Vouchers - Less than expected

WE've just received the latest quarter, a princely £4.50.

During the quarter we noticed we had about £18 which then went to zero (we thought end of quarter cutoff).

So now I am confused, we've spent £1200 there in the past 3 months, PLUS all the additional codes used in online shopping, which would logically get us to the £18 quite easily. Even if I only presented my card 80% of the time, it should be more than what they've sent.

I think something dodgy is going on with their recording system. Has anyone else had this problem? I've sent them an email, but with no way to prove it, I'm not sure where we stand.

(yes it's a pittance, but if it weren't for the points, we'd shop at Asda)

blimey, that does seem a tiny amount - I always forget mine, but usually get about £12 ish. You haven't been using different cards? ie. one in your DHs name, or an old one? Do you have a reciept somewhere with your points on it?

I usually get about £20 - yesterday £13 arrived. I thought it was odd - unfortunately I do not keep the receipts, so I can't check

I only got £10.50 was expecting about £22 im gonna look in my jackets/changing bag everywhere lol i will find a receipt......

Ours was lower too - I thought it was odd as it should have had Christmas on it and this 1/4 is usually the biggest one. I think I will have a hunt around, I keep reciepts and shred everything a few times a year so I should have some Dec/Jan ones. I will let you know if I find anything odd.

We've only got one card, but we did get our permanent card during that quarter, I'll see if the numbers are same as temporary.

I'll see what they say, but it looks as though we'll have to keep receipts from now on to check them. What a faff on.

God Tescos are just crap at the moment. Haven't opened mine yet, will go and check.

Mine was well under what I had expected and when I checked I found they had issued a new number to me. Rang them and had it merged with my other (much healthier) balance. But I have no idea where the new card number came from.

Have worked mine out. We have 2 cards (we had seperate accounts) and I used the other account for the Christmas Shop to keep it active.

We get ours in two batches as we have a tesco credit card so we get points for using the credit card (the only reason we have it) and points for having our shopping delivered from tesco. So we get clubcard ones sent under separate cover to the credit card ones.

We get a lot as we try to pay for everything we can on the card but we pay it off each month.

We use the vouchers on-line so our RAC cover would normally cost £200 but with tesco vouchers it costs 1/4 of the price and it isn't like I am actually spending money. We have magazine subscriptions, hotel breaks, days out etc. Winner.

If you've had a temporary card and the proper one you need to make sure that the points from the temp card have been transferred over.

You may find also that some of your points have been carried forward to the next quarter.. it should say on your statement on the back page.
