What are the benefits of keeping a child maintenance claim open if there are no payments? (Arrears are not a benefit as they won’t need to be paid and the chance of it changing is extremely unlikely as ex will never work it’s been 6 years) is there anything I missing that it could be a positive for? Before I close my claim and move on
