I've just about had it with thw underwriter at natwest. I've supplied them with payslips.my p60 and now they want a ctc award notice with my gross on. They have had it. I just paying a tax free benefit pension before taxable pay is calculated. I really can't understand why they can't understand this.

I'm an underwriter. Although we don't take anything like CTC into account asking for the award notice to show gross is very standard. Why are you so annoyed? Surely you just supply whatever documents they ask for?

I had exactly the same when applying for a natwest mortgage. Your wage needs to be exactly the same on the CTC letters as what you've declared. Totally normal, I submitted mine and has my offer a day later.

It is. My taxable income is exactly the same. I've supplied my p60. Why am I angry because they havnt figured out I have a tax free benefit. Therefore my p60 and ctc are the same. So my pay minus my pension is 24k.

Belive me they have had ctc , pip which they referred to as esa ( its not ) my statements for my maintainance and all of the ctc documents and payslips / p60 so they can see its a non taxable benefit. They are saying they want my gross before the pension. Which isn't going to happen as I don't supply the amount work do through rti and have done for.10 years
Basically all the figures add up. Just some minion has their glasses o. The wrong way. Even the morgage advisor when I phoned up understood what I was sating. I'm at the end of my tether and am in danger of not getting a remortgage with a company I have been paying for 5 years. When in reality my circumstances have got better as well as my credit rating.

I also never said I hadn't supplied. I'm naturally.an oversharer. I'm honestly getting so frustrated with this .
