any Coinbase experts out there?

I've been trying to close my Coinbase account (opened about 5 years ago to play with) because they keep getting hacked and I'm stuck because I've got about 50p worth of Euros in my wallet. You can't close your account with money left in it.

I can't cash them out / buy something and then sell it because the minimum transaction is more than that what I've got in there and they don't offer a charity donation option for euros.

Is there an (easy) workaround? Thanks!

not quick - but could you buy 50p worth of any currency like BNB and send it to another wallet? Like a hot wallet Trust wallet or similar

I can't buy anything with what's in there now as it's below their minimum transaction value, but adding money to the Euro account (in order to go over the 1.99 limit, buy some bitcoin, sell it and then remove it as GBP) will require a painstaking call to my bank. I stupidly sold the couple of quid of Bitcoin that was left first before trying to empty the Euro account.

Just a quick update - I had to go down the tedious international euro transfer procedure with my bank by phone in order to put €2 in and then take out €2.50 and finally be able to close the account 🤦
