Totally new to this but say you have a mortgage of £400k how much roughly would I be paying per month ? Tia

If you use a bank mortgage calculator, you can put in how much deposit you have (so you can get the appropriate loan to value rates), how many years you want to pay over… may be a more accurate way to estimate?

Depends on the interest rate of the mortgage, how much deposit or equity you have, and so on.

There are lots of mortgage calculators online.

At 4.75% and over 25 years you d be looking about 2250 a month
