PREMIUM BONDS MAY DRAW ONWARDS

Other one is almost full so a new thread for us to share all our winnings (I hope)

fir the first time I won £50 / usually £25 if I win

and May brought 25 and 50 so £75. Happy days

quite a few have won this month. Always a joyful feeling seeing the dancing lady in the rain kr sunshine

He is - DD not quite as impressed, though! Hopefully it will all even out in the end but in the three years that we've had full holdings, he's won more than her every year so far.

Pah, £25 for me on £44k. Zero for DS and DP who have a lot less.

I do find the delays in announcing results irritating - the app says 32 days until July's draw!

£325 for me on FH! Most of the cash is being taken out this month as we move house two weeks today and PB was originally a place to store part of the deposit. Dont expect to win nearly as much from now on

Yay finally first win for 6 months (only just over 4k and slowly increasing) £25 lady in the rain. Since July last year I’ve won three times and £100 in total. Not huge amounts and interest rates would now be similar.

I'm leaving in until December but then will take half out and put in a high interest account. Unless I get a couple of bumper months as I am
well below average for the year so far!

The longer you leave the money in there the closer you will get to the expected return percentage.

£150 on about £40,000 holdings between us. I think I do need to look at other ways to save now the interest rates are better, but we need access to some of the money this year and it's pretty easy to withdraw from premium bonds.

I'm not clued up on the best rates at the minute Chase is 3.3% and easy access and up there with the best I think. Dead easy to set up as it's all online and the current account is great too even if just for transferring your 'spending money' to each month.

I've been building mine up over the last 6 months to around £25K and have not won anything in all that time. Seriously unimpressed.

Many years ago when I had lots before spending on ivf and extension and dipping into after ankle op I once got £100 then never again.

Very thrilled

I'm reinvesting this year - used to have for cheeky Chinese
