Has anyone else has issues with British Gas this month? Our smart meter hasn't been working so had to do manual readings, went to do today and it isn't working at all now blank screen. Log in to see that on 1st April been estimated at a silly amount that would have meant is bill for £47k for 3 months!! I've called and I'm with a new platform so have to call back tomorrow! Went on chat he said he has a reading coming through but it's less than what it showed me kn January! The meter is obviously broken but I can't understand where this huge estimate came from it isn't in line with all the previous ones at all! I'm hoping they sort it easily!
