£0 from Child Maintenance Service

Hi this type of thing must have been posted many times but I’m just wondering if there is anywhere I can turn to?
I was told I qualified for £270 a month from my ex for child maintenance, this tied up with the amount he told the court he was earning last time we were there for our on going custody case (he wants 50:50) .
He it appears quit his job the week after he was notified of the application and now earns less than £7 a week apparently. This has clearly been done to avoid paying especially because he still appears to be working especially because he is still posting regularly about work on linkedin.

What can I do, and does this leave his 50/50 in tatters because he can’t afford to house her or feed her?

I'd send evidence of the child maintenance services findings to your solicitor, and I'd send evidence of him still working to child maintenance.

He's clearly an arsehole and giving up his job to avoid paying for his child isn't going to go in his favour.

I wouldn't have thought the 50/50 is in tatters. Lots of parents don't work. If it was 50/50 presumably he wouldn't pay child support anyway?

Why would he be paying maintenance if its 50/50?
Are you working op? Do you think parents who don't work shouldn't be able to have their child live with them? I'd be assuming he'll have benefits to live on?

Screen shot the LinkedIn stuff and send to cms. That’s what I did.
