Hi, could someone give some advice please?
I had a notification to say my credit score had changed.
When I checked it said that I'd had a hard search done by 02
There is now two accounts showing up with 0% balance on them.
I have not opened another account with 02 and only have mine and my daughters phones with 02.
I'm really not tech savvy and never had this happen before.
I've also had another email from clear score today saying that another credit agreement is being added.
Can someone tell me who to talk to about this please

Can you contact O2 and ask them if they can release the information about the new contract to you? Ie: what details were used to set it up? Make them aware it wasn’t you and they may advise you what to do

There was a bloke on R4 this afternoon talking about how his credit record got mixed up with someone else's who had the same name and DOB. It took a bit of sorting out.
