I’m buying a flat built in 2007. The surveyor has just rung me to say he could only do 40% of his job due to how full the flat is with possessions, but he does not think there are any major issues. Would I be unreasonable to insist the current owner clears the flat sufficiently to allow a proper survey to take place?
They are not hoarders - they just have too many kids in a small flat.
