UC for dummies

Hi all is anyone able to summarise the UC changes as of April?
Sorry to ask, I struggle understanding all the updates and changes reported online.

I believe there's a 10% reuse in April. So is this just on the personal allowance I guess? Would this increase be on the patio payment or the payment following April?

Wasn't sure if I was missing anything as Uc was transient yesterday on Twitter but it wasn't all that obvious why!
