Best value phone contract

Hi all.

I own my phone outright and have been with my current provider (three) for ever.

Can anyone recommend a decent provider who is reasonably priced and reliable coverage?

I'm based in the South west.

I have Lebara at the moment - based on Vodafone, but cheaper. Worth looking into.

If three is good reception in your area try smarty.
It's a rolling contract, you can choose your plan and change it easily. There's a family discount. Money off your bill for unused data.
With the money off for unused data I pay £12-£13 a month for 3 contracts.
Wa also really easy to transfer my number.
