does anyone know about family law and divorce when property is only in one name

im leaving my hubby and just want to know where i stand im on incapicity benefit and i m a sahm and my name is not on mortgage or deeds

i cant stay in our home any longer bt what do i do about money ?

do i ring tax credits

im going back to my mums

will i get income support?
