Ok so I have a hopeless accountant, was going to change once he got caught up but hasn't happened.
Business is going to close.
How do I sort out my obligations?
I'm overseas so I can't just stand out the front of his office until he does my accounts.
I can't bring someone else in to do it as it's cost prohibitive
