Debt relief order

Hello has anyone had one of these ? I'm looking into it as it's my last hope. I've had to reduce hours due to my mental health. My debt is spirriling .
how long did it take you
once approved how often do you have to send in bank statements and wage slips ? Is it monthly or 3 monthly etc

Look at the Stepchange website for advice on DROs as they explain them well

Step change actually cannot assist with DRO but they will give you a list of companies who can help.
I have an IVA via pay plan who have been great. I contacted them following step changes recommendation as they felt a DRO would be most suitable for me but I didn't meet the criteria which apparently is very very strict!
The best thing you can do is reach out for some advice. If a DRO isn't right they will help you with your options.
With debt you feel so lonely, but you're not alone.
