So the £67 is the energy price guarantee payment so it is credited to your energy account and then refunded out to go to bank account.

On the 16/12 you seem to have been charged £414.08 and £132.27 which adds up to £546.35. Then they refunded you £163.01 so actual charges were £383.34.

Did you submit a reading on that day or something?

The £143.93 balance + the pending payment of £186 makes £329.94 which is the balance showing on the app.

That's not your bill, that's the running balance on your account, which varies according to payments you've made, the government credits and debits as bills are generated, plus any running credit/debit balance. It's similar to your bank account balance when money goes in and out.

That's all separate to how much your gas and electricity is costing you, which you will see if you look at the bill for £414 from 16/12.
