Requested Withdrawal Mortgage

Can anyone tell me what Requested Withdrawal means on a mortgage statement please, the amount is £1,200 it’s under Other Changes on our statement.

I would ask the bank 🤷 but watching as I have never heard of this.

Could you have taken a mortgage break somewhere or perhaps overpaid over the maximum amount maybe a error or some sort of charge for the above 🤔 is a lot of money I would call your mortgage provider so they can break it down for you x
