Hi guys, I’m needing a bit help calculating my maternity pay. I think I’m getting confused with the salary increase. I am taking a whole year off maternity leave. Getting in touch with HR has proven difficulty!
My previous annual salary was 21709 and is now 23914.
Can someone help me work out the mat pay.
2 months full pay (Nov and Dec 2022 on previous salary of 21709) - 1450 received
18 weeks half pay - this is my first month (Jan 2023) on new annual salary (23914) and have received 1625 - will this be the case for the next 14 weeks?
13 weeks SMP? Is this 151 a week?
3 months unpaid (this is my worry so can’t overspend)
