Childs account missing from Premium bonds?

I’m really worried as have logged in and one of our DC is no longer even listed even though she is the eldest and had bonds for the longest.
it was there as normal yesterday and I can’t contact NS&I until their phones open in the morning . Does anyone have any idea what could have happened? How one of our 3 children’s accounts could just totally disappear from my account ? It now clearly says I have fewer DC than I do, too!

yes! Does that mean it becomes her own account? I am so grateful you have mentioned this as gives me hope it hasn’t disappeared somewhere odd!!

When dd turned 16, 2 years ago we had to fill in a form and send it to them. They had it in the website on their website and some wording that she needed to use. Dd wrote to them and they sent her the details to set up her own account and her premium bonds were all there.

Anything she won in the meantime came via cheque.

Thank you so much . I will sleep a lot easier now as was starting to wonder if my phone had been hacked or something odd. That sounds great and a good birthday present to start managing it herself .
