No idea if they work weekends, but we have a NatWest mortgage. Our broker did all the legwork, but our mortgage application went very smoothly. Application to offer in 9 days. This was in 2019.

I have a NatWest mortgage. First payment due to go out in a few days! Was all organised by L&C. Didn't take v long to sort and all done online. A couple of weeks? I set it up 6 months ago to try and avoid the huge hikes in interest rates. Was with HSBC previously.

We have a NW mortgage that was set up 18-months ago (but only started 11-months ago). Done through broker but was very quick and interest rate is super low.
Have been managing it on-line and the portal is very user friendly.

Paying it off in a few months when the ERC is negligible.

I am with Natwest. Our appointment was a Saturday because that branch opened it was 6 years ago. We both banked with them and were FTB.It was all straight forward and documents sent via email or there’s an online management page too.

Last year remortgaged with them for 5 years. All done online very quickly. No issues with them but there may be cheaper mortgages with other lenders.
