Am I being conned- bespoke suit

Morning all .

I bought a bespoke suite 4 months ago, paid in full. Have had 1 fitting and paid into a personal account although the company had a website, showroom and looks legit with companies house...

He's impossible to contact and I'm worrying he's got no intention of producing the order and will just disappear as his shop is closing in Feb 23, he said to move to a new location but there's no way for me to confirm either ..

Should I cancel the order now with the bank (direct transfer) r give him benefit of more time.

That's not standard procedure in my experience. Can you not go to the shop?

How can you cancel with the bank, if you've paid in full?

It sounds dodgy if he's stopped communicating with you. As a first stop I'd ask the advice of citizens advice.

Did you pay by bank transfer? You won't be able to get that back I don't think, it doesn't work like that
How did you make contact in the frst place?

The bank can't just reverse the transfer
