Confused about child benefit/tax free childcare

Can you claim both child benefit and tax free childcare? The gov website says

You cannot get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as claiming Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers.

Does child benefit count as universal credit? I'm finding it difficult to find a clear answer!

No child benefit is not the same as Univeral credit.
