Drunken Flatmates

So my flatmate has turned out to be a drunk. I mean she gets completely sh*tfaced EVERY night and stays up bashing around til 3am. The landlord is aware of the situation but says as she pays her rent etc on time he doesn't have a right to kick her out. However I think I should be able to ask her to leave as her behaviour has meant I have not had more than 4 hours sleep a night for nearly a month now, and it's really getting me down. I work full time plus go to uni. I need what precious few hours sleep I can get! What are my rights in sticky messes like this? Anyone know? Please help!

Do you share a lease or have separate ones ? Landlord could choose not to renew it but not sure you have any rights as such.
