How to use ASDA rewards ?

I'm so confused ! Downloaded the ASDA rewards app. Have £25.67 on there. But it will only let me generate a voucher of £1-£10?
Shouldn't I be able to create a voucher for £25?
I can't find anything on the app to explain how to use it .

Can you generate 2 x £10 vouchers and a £5 one maybe

I can't help on the voucher issue but make sure you register the card as I didn't and lost the money on there. It's only a temporary one that you download first apparently so after a few weeks I tried to use the app and was told that I needed to register. I did and was given a different card number and all my savings were lost. I don't recall being advised it was temporary. Thankfully customer care resolved the issue and honoured my savings and transferred them to my new card number.

The T&Cs says this (although it doesn't say what the maximum amount is)

There is a maximum value for any single Voucher. The maximum available value will be displayed in the ASDA Rewards app. If your ASDA Pounds Cashpot exceeds this maximum and you wish to exchange more than this maximum into a Voucher, you can create more than one Voucher.

I dont have a card. I just did it directly from the app

So say I was in ASDA and picked up a toy for £22 , would I need to generate 3 vouchers from my app (£10,£10 &£2) ?

Yes, I did it just with the app too and after a few weeks it stopped working and lost my points.

It won’t take the £5 voucher as it’s to be over the voucher value so use 2x£10 and pay the £2 cash
