Really frustrated, had £49 saved up on Asda Reward Scheme just logged in and balance is now £0.39 anyone else had any issues?

They've had issues with being hacked and people using the vouchers, call customer services.

If you have go on the asda rewards app and click spend vouchers will be there

Yes, mine was hacked and the full amount taken. This was a few weeks ago. I called up and they gave me the money back. Took about 2 weeks. I posted something elsewhere about it at the time and it has happened to lots of us.

Turned into a bit of a bigger issue. About 12am last night they managed to get into our account fully and change the email address. Then proceeded to try and order a £150 shop and change the delivery address to London.

Hi.....Have you managed to sort this? 2 weeks ago this Wednesday I noticed that all my Asda rewards I had saved up had been spent!!!! In Plymouth.....nowhere near me! So far I have managed to speak to one person who told me that he could see where they were used what till what time and what phone and that they would go back onto my account! well they haven't surprise surprise! I have been ringing and ringing and ringing their useless Rewards phone number where I just sit and wait on hold for ages and then only to be cut off! driving me potty

I’ve not had anything back customer service was rubbish and as you mentioned same issue with the rewards phone number. In the end I emailed them copied in the CEO and so far have just had a email to say they are looking into. Upon research looks as if it’s a wider problem.

Mine took around 2 weeks to come back, I thought they wouldn't, but they did without fuss. I didn't have to chase it up. I was about to when it arrived back in my account.

That’s good news fingers crossed. We had the added issue of someone hacking into and gaining access and control of our whole Asda account and even trying to order a shop for delivery in London. Which we see has a data breach as they had access to our address information and personal data.

This is why I removed my bank card details off my Asda shopping account and suggest everyone does the same. Once they hack into rewards account (which apparently is really easy to do) they then have your sign in details to your shopping account and access to name,address,any stored bank card details ect...and can try and order stuff on your account as said above!!

Soooo……. I finally got through to a lady called Theresa and she sorted it just like that! All I had to do was change my email password and Asda rewards password before she would put my rewards money back on my account - which I did and back on they are…. Thank god! Why the first bloke I spoke to didn’t do that I don’t know!!!!
