Universal Credit Help - turning 18

Morning, my daughter turned 18 on August 31st - exactly halfway through that pay period.

I expected my payments to go down last month - they didn't but I assumed it was because she was a child still for half they pay period and they would go down this month - they haven't.

Is there something I need to do? They know she's eighteen and it says that on her section of the info on my account.

I've left a message for my work coach but won't get a response on a Sunday. Everything i can find online talks about when they turn 16 or 19.

Thank you.

Is she still in education?

She's gone to university.

My dc turned 18 this year. I had to do a change of circumstances. It was then reflected in the next month's uc.

Which change of circumstances did you do, can you remember? Thank you

They pay up to 31st August after the child turns 19 if they are in non advanced education. Otherwise I think you have to tell them.

I'm in same position. DC just finished A levels. CB stopped on 31st Aug so I assumed UC would be adjusted too, but no. I've now been overpaid, so let them know via journal.

This is what I've just done. It's so bizarre- they have the info at their fingertips to adjust it themselves.

On the home page click on change of circumstances.
There's a list of different changes, one Saif something about children living with you. You go in this section and I think there was a list of children on the claim you can then leave a message.
