I have been trying to speak to someone on money claim online for two hours. I keep being told to ring a different number. I have been cut off twice.
Can anyone help me?
I issued a claim for money that I am owed. They filed a dodgy defence. I was advised that I should apply for summary judgment. I prepared an application and a statement saying that they in effect have no defence. But they system says there is a bar. Does anyone know what this means? GH
