Hi I've got a healthy start card for my DS he's 7 months now and I want to start giving a formula bottle at night and cutting down bf. I went into shop to buy powdered formula and used healthy start card but it was declined. Are you not allowed to buy powder formula with it? I've got the premade stuff with it before. Website isn't very clear. Ta x

Was it stage 1 or 2? I think it has to be stage 1 milk

Yes you can of course buy formula, fresh fruit & vegetables, milk.

If you tried to pay using contactless this may be the issue, try chip and pin. They have a number you can ring to check your balance ask questions etc.

Aptamil stage 1 powdered milk.

It should have been allowed then , have you checked the card is working I think there’s a number you can call to activate it /check balance etc

Yeah I checked my balance at atm before I went to get it. I went into boots contactless 1st which was declined then put pin in and they said it was declined. So the powdered stuff should work on the healthy start card?
