Just wondering if anyone else is having any problems with hsbc business banking. I have no problem logging in, and it gets me to the Welcome page, but then when I click on the account, the following message comes up "Something went wrong. If the problem persists call the help desk. Error message GBB LON 1266". I've been trying to get in touch with the bank since 8am, and just keep getting passed from pillar to post. The last time I was transferred, I got cut off. When I try the chat service, I'm told that I need to call. I've tried logging on various devices, all to no avail. HELP! I'm tearing my hair out and losing the will to live ðŸ˜
