Clutter purchases

Clutter near misses, clutter that almost was.

Inspiration and support so that we don't have to keep decluttering our damn homes. I'll start...

Was in the supermarket today and almost bought a very cute Halloween book for my nephew. We don't see him that often (bro in law lives far away) and he will be visiting tomorrow. BUT I didn't, because realistically the kid has all the books and toys he needs right now (he's 3) and this wasn't a 'special' book, more the sort of thing you'd borrow from the library to read once or twice. So, it would just become clutter in my BiL's house.

So, what clutter have you managed to leave in the shop recently?

An extra water bottle for DS. He already has 2.

Great thread.

Yesterday we got a small rip (about inches) in our gazebo.
Originally DH thought the whole thing would need binning. Weve mended it with heavy duty gaffer tape!

Brill! I once mended a rip with those iron on patch things. 3 years and still going strong. Plus they are quite funky patterns!
