Currently have a 2 year fixed, but doesn't end until Nov 23. With the current forecast I want to fix with them again ASAP and for atleast 5 years. (no extra money to take out). Their website says 3 months before but I have heard some providers can do up to 12 months (although may incur a fee) anyone with Halifax that has done this before the 3 months? Anxious to get things sorted!!!

Why don’t you just give them a call?

If you get a new deal within 3 months of your current offer expiring then it’s free.

More than 3 months and you can still get a new deal but will be charged an exit fee which is a percentage of your mortgage balance.
They can tell you the fee and rates if you phone them. Online will only give you new offers for your mortgage account at 3 months.
