Hi all, Ex husband is buying me out and his solicitor has sent me a transfer of equity to get checked, sign and processed. The conveyancing team at my solictor have quoted £900 and 12-16 weeks!! Is this correct or really off on both the quote and transaction time - I just cant fathom it :(
