Appen - nothing of theirs is working for me on a tech level and I've no idea what I'm doing wrong. Very occasionally if the wind is blowing in the right direction I can login and that's it! Can anyone help?

Are you definitely on the right Appen platform? It's Appen Connect that you need - sometimes browsers direct you to the wrong one and then nothing works.

My last potato invoice came on 9th and I was hoping this was going to be a regular thing under the new owners, oh well

Thanks for the threads. I'm just trying to start this for a bit of extra income whilst of sick with mental /physical helath after lossing my child in December. I am waiting for prolific to verify ID. I've made about £1.50 with AttaPoll ! I've looked at crisp and things it's all to confusing. I'm also looking at intelizoom

@Riggsisadino You're in the right place and Intellizoom and Prolific are good places to start. Crisp has a very long waiting list but Appen's weekly surveys are pretty easy to get started on (although getting paid takes a while since the minimum Payoneer payout is $50).

How do you get getter paid work on Intellizoom? All I'm being offered are $1 pieces! I'm doing them as I thought perhaps that'll up my profile or whatever & they don't take long but it's a bit depressing opening an email to see it's just $1

Does anyone know why way with words PayPal payments incur a PayPal fee but payments form other companies Ap etc don’t?

@Riggsisadino So sorry for your loss I think quite a few of the things are a bit confusing when signing up/starting but make a lot more sense once you start working.

@WickedPanda Hm no idea. PayPal seem to have fees for 'commercial transactions', I wonder if Appen payments don't come under this since they come via Payoneer rather than directly from Appen? No idea, I don't get other payments into PayPal so nothing to compare with.

Has anyone had any issues with being paid by Populus Y live? I've not received my BACS payment still, I've emailed them but they are being very unhelpful to point of being rude.

Not sure if anyone can help :( Finally got through to a project which needs raterhub. Completed parts 1 and 2 of the exam but didn't complete the 3rd part in time (i read the time zone wrong) and I'm so annoyed with myself. Ap have agreed to let me take the 3rd part but every time I try to access the exam I get this from raterhub:

I have submitted tickets to Ap but they are stumped as to why this is happening. I am only signed into one email account, I have cleared my cache, browsing data and cleared my cookies too :(

@Hesleepswiththefishes you could try EdX. I've seen a few excel courses there. Haven't done any Excell stuff myself, but quite like some of their other courses.

Not at all - I’ve probably had 3 or 4 payouts from them and all have been fine - even in the days when they came by cheque.

I actually had one come in this month’s payout and I think it went into my account a couple of days ago?

Anyone doing AttaPoll noticed there are problem surveys there at the weekend? They have the same format and have 'age is just a number' as a comment on them. The first one worked then everyone after that let me do the survey and thanked me and then I got the disqualified message. I have opened cases on every one but AttaPoll just say there is nothing they can do. I have about 8 now around 14-19p and around 5 minutes. There is also one for 30p which also looks familiar. It is very frustrating as you waste time doing them and they are getting free responses.

I am now ignoring them or leaving the surveys. Is anyone else having the same issue with them?
