A number of questions regarding Financial Statement as part of divorce process that I could do with some urgent help wih please

I'm trying to help dp with his financial statement forms as he is getting vvvvv stressed about it all.

First question, for those who have filled these forms/know about them, is:

Section 1.10 (Details of children of the family)
Does one include children from the marriage that is now ending plus children from a previous marriage. i.e dp is divorcing for 2nd time and has 2 dc from first marriage who don't live with him and then 2 children in the current marriage who are not his biologicl offspring???
