Hello, my gp agreed to do a 2 month sick note for me to upload on to my universal credit account, they emailed it over and it’s actually only a 2 week one. Should I upload this one and when they reopen on Tuesday ask for the longer sick note or leave this one and upload the 2 month one on Tuesday? Thanks x
